#julywithcj Day 7: Books that melt your heart. These books gave me different beautiful feelings, and they will always be ones of my favourite books. In this picture, I’ve put only the books that I have in the moment. There are so many more, but either I gave them to one of my friends or I’ve got them from the library or from one of my friends, so I don’t own them in the moment. Back Again… Back to Stay… Maybe!?

Salam dear readers,

Yes, it’s been a long long time since I posted anything in here. It’s the longest of them all.

The good news is that I’m still alive. YeeeY 😉 😉

But there are some things to talk about.

So.. Before starting blogging again; we need to talk; meaning I need to talk and explain, and.. confess. First, what is the problem? Why do I take so much time to blog? Is it time? Is it being busy? Or is it just because I don’t love blogging that much or enough?

Yes,sometimes I don’t have time, and sometimes I’m too tired. But that’s not an excuse nor is being busy or having so many tasks to do, or travelling; because there are times when I’m not.

The next question is whether I really love blogging; because it does not seem like I do; right? Well, I really do. I love writing and I love sharing all that with you. I really like sharing my ideas and my views with you. I like showing you what I love and what I don’t. I love the whole act, the whole blogging process.

Sometimes it is good to take a step back, and just be honest with yourself. I want to be a better blogger and I will work on that.

So, what should I do?

I need to change all that soon.. NOW.

I need to show that I care; that I really love doing this.
I need to be organized.
I need to work on my skills as a blogger.
I need your help.

The next question is: how can YOU help?? Well, it’s easy. Just give me suggestions, topics to talk about, ways to improve this, ask me questions, give me challenges, reasonable ones not the crazy type. I really hope you will help. Thank you in advance 🙂 😉 😉

This is all for today. I will talk to you very soon insha’ALLAH.

January_March: Things that I enjoyed in the past 3 months

Salam dear readers,

I hope you’re doing great.  Today I’ll share with you some simple things that made me happy, or rather things that just made a change in my life in the past 3 months.

Reading 19 books in the past 3 months made me so happy, even though I didn’t enjoy many/most of them, but that’s OK.

Book hauls

I bought several books that I’m so excited to read,

A classical book haul, YAAYYY 💃💃💃💃. Yesterday, my little sister went to this book expository in #Casablanca, and I asked her to buy me some books if she was able to find them, and she did 💕💕💕💕 These are 6 beautiful classical books that I wanted to read and have my own copy of for so long. I really loved the covers, and I know I’m going to enjoy reading them insha'ALLAH 😊 😊 😊 I jumped from joy when I got them 😊😊 A little quote of mine: Happiness is a bunch of books you hold in your hands 😇😇😇 You’re going to see a lot of this in my profile for sure 😊😊😊 PS. Many thanks to mom, dad, @hafssachahbane, @mido.mouad, and @sarra_chahbane. Love you all 💕💕💕💕 See the magic of books 😀😀😀😀😀😁😁😁😁 One more thing, which one do you recommend me to start with? And what do you think of the covers? #me #reading #books #bookstagram #bookphotography #bookworm #study #blogger #followme #morocco #2016 #marrakech #rain #prideandprejudice #janeausten#classics

and also my brother brought me this amazing copy of this amazing book

Me Before You

I’ve never ever seen a movie thriller and felt that I want to see the film right now like I did. I also wanted to go, buy the book, and read it. I didn’t do it, but this thriller is one of the best ones that I’ve ever seen. I’m not a romantic person , at all, but I actually was about to cry  watching this. If you haven’t watch it yet, watch it now. You can thank me later.

Leonardo Dicaprio winning the Oscars

I’m sure that I’m not the only one that was happy to see this finally happening. This man is an amazing actor,  and he definitely deserves it.

Morning runs/walks

No need to speak, this is the best thing that you can start your day with.

This one

Try to watch this without crying.

Simple things can and do make us happy, remember that.Talk to you soon insha’ALLAH😊😊😊

I Am The Sun…

I Am the Sun

I'm glad I was able to catch this moment :)

“I am the sun”

this was a poem that I wrote

Time ago

I am the sun

this was a thing I used to think

Time ago

I am the sun

this was my way of answering

Time ago

Now, if you asked me

I will answer

I am ME

It’s more than enough for ME

Video of the Day: Start With The Boys

“Boys don’t cry”

“Don’t act like girls”

” You’re a BOY, stop crying”

lines that parents tell their kids, as if crying is a wrong thing to do, as if girls are not a good example, as if men are not suppose to be humans….

If you’re a parent, stop doing this. You’re hurting your kid and many people to come.

Instead of saying these things… Tell them:

“Boys don’t violate”

“Don’t act like monsters”

“You’re a boy, be human”

Start with your kids first 😉

Up Up Up

Salam dear friend,

Looking to the sky is one of the the things I really love to do… Today, I want to share with you some photos I took in a beautiful cloudy day 😀 😀 😀

“You are the sky. Everything else – it’s just the weather.”

5 things to know about Ebola…

Salam dear friends,

The Ebola virus has become a part of our daily conversations, and our daily worries. This virus which centered in West Africa is frightening for many reasons.

It is caused by an RNA virus

It is the result of RNA (ribonucleic acid) virus that infects wild animals — like fruit bats, monkeys, gorillas, and chimpanzees — as well as people.

Early Ebola symptoms

Early symptoms include fever, headache, body aches, cough, stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. Because these could be symptoms of other diseases, it’s difficult to diagnose Ebola early on.

Bleeding is common in the later stages of the virus.

Other symptoms of Ebola can appear quickly. The patient may vomit blood, have bloody diarrhea, and his eyes may become red.

Ebola is often fatal.

Nearly half of the cases of Ebola viral infection in West Africa have resulted in death.

There is no vaccine to prevent it.

For the moment, No… Vaccines in development have been effective at preventing Ebola infections in animal studies… In the case of human beings, it would be very difficult to test effectiveness of an experimental vaccine in people.

That’s it… Hope it was helpful… Talk to you soon Insha’ALLAH 🙂

Books, Freedom, and You…

Salam dear friends,

This week is the the Banned Books Week…The event was founded in 1982… It’s an annual campaign to make people aware of these kind of books, and to celebrate the freedom to read. It’s all about giving the person the right to read whatever he/she wants to read without limits…

I’m with that; because people need to know more about different topics, and they need to decide which book to read, and if they like it or not… They need to be open minded. The role of books is to make individuals accept each other, know more about “the other”, and read more about one other.

But, I’m against the people who write just for money, fame, and money. That makes them write about things that will not benefit the reader, the community, or the writer himself. There are some books that shouldn’t be written in the first place, books that encourage people to do things that are unacceptable, dangerous, and disturbing…. In my opinion, those books should be banned 😀

In the other side, we find that through history of literature, some governments banned the wrong kind of books for the wrong reason…  Why?? Because they don’t agree with the ideas that the book tries to promote,or the language used, and most of the time, they’re afraid, afraid that the people will wake up.

One of the silliest reason why they banned one of our favorite book, and to be more specific: Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland written in 1865 was banned in one of the provinces in China, because…. Wait for it…Becauseit portrays animals in a way that is close to humans. In an other word, they banned it, and considered it “dangerous”, because animals talk in the story, and that will make children see animals and Man as “equal”…. Really ??? :/

The thing is that we love what is banned, we as humans want to know the things others don’t like to show us… Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not… We have to make the choice… So, make a wise one 😉

I’m with the freedom to do what you want to do, to live the way you want to live, and to read the things you like to read… But when doing, reading, and living the way you want to to; take a moment and think:

Is it right??

Is it good ??

Does it work ??

That’s it for now… Talk to you soon Insha’ALLAH 🙂

To my dream readers…

To my dream readers…

Salam dear friends,

I don’t have a single a dream reader, I can’t … My dream readers are many, and I like that… When we write something, we have someone in mind whom we want to read it: this is our dream reader… When I first start blogging, I wanted to reach as many people as possible, and I still do. I want people to love what I’m doing, and I’ll be happy if this happened.

So, if you want to know my dream readers, just keep on reading 🙂 🙂 🙂

My Mom and dad

Yes, I want them to be proud of what I’m doing, to like it, and to say: “Well done, you’re great” .

My dear brother and my two lovely sisters

They represent a great support for me, and I love when they love what I’m writing 🙂 🙂 🙂

My friends, the people I know, my professors…

Well, it will be great if they are following this blog, and liking what I’m doing… Isn’t it ??

As a Moroccan, I would love to see people from my own country reading my blog, and being better thanks to it…

 The world 🙂

Of course, as a human being, I want the world to be touched by what I’m writing about… I will say it for the the million time: I would love to make a change ( even if it was a small one ) in this world which I’m a part of 🙂 🙂 🙂

And finally… My dream reader is Youthe one reading this post, the one following my blog, liking what I’m talking about, the one sharing it, and commenting on it, the one who makes me feel happy every single day… Thank you 🙂
